When our heater stopped working we were happy to have our club membership with Northern’s One Hour. They came out quickly and replaced the part, which was covered by our warranty, and had it running in 2 hours. We remain happy with Northern’s and our club membership. We were also happy the membership saved on later labor charges. Jason the technician did a good job repairing and dealing with the situation.
