Everything about this agency SUCKS!!!! Stivers Staffing and its employees don't even deserve the one star I gave them. I am an employer who has worked with 3 different staffing agency's over a 20 year period to find employees for my company and I have never dealt with an agency that is so RUDE, UNORGANIZED,
UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ESPECIALLY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE AS STIVERS STAFFING. EVEN THE BRANCH MANAGER (YVONNE P.) IS A REAL LOSER. My employee and I laugh over story's about her. The last story was my employee called Yvonne because she had some questions regarding her assignment for her. Not only did Yvonne not know the answers to these simple questions but she also was not bright enough to have her phone charged and (Yvonne) kept saying her phone was going to die so she has to cut the conversation short. Obviously Yvonne was nervous and feeling stupid for not knowing the answers to the questions my employee was asking her so she had to make an excuse to get off the phone. But either way she looked like an idiot because even if her phone was really dieing....what moron doesn't own a phone charger!!? Then on Friday Yvonne left my employee a message asking her to call because she had something important to tell her. So when my employee called, Yvonne stated that she wasn't at work and could not tell my employee the reason she called her until she got back into the office on Monday morning. What a simpleton Yvonne is!! I cant believe that Yvonne couldn't even remember the one thing she needed to tell my employee.
FROM THE START STIVERS STAFFING IN IRVINE KEPT SENDING ME APPLICANTS WITH COMPLETELY WRONG AND DIFFERENT QUALIFICATIONS THAN WHAT I ASKED FOR. NINCOMPOOPS!!!!!!!!!! (to put it nicely)
