Review content:
I have been to this particular location at Rosedale twice in the last two months. The first was on a weekday evening around 6 p.m. Having requested a table for two, I was told that the wait would be around 20 minutes. The wait was actually around 30, but that wasn't a big concern. It did allow my party to wander down to the local mall bookstore and browse for a while. Upon returning, we were seated in the back of the restaurant in a corner booth. The server was very attentive and pleasant without being obsequious which is a big plus in my book. We enjoyed the steak and lobster special (which may have accounted for the business of the place) and made a couple trips to the full salad bar. The food was great, right for the price, and the service was good. The place was packed, but I chose to go into it knowing it. If you want spicy ethnic food or presentations to knock your socks off, this is not the place for you. One last thing: on a second trip, a friend who is blind accompanied me. We were given preference to be near the salad bar and a braille and large print menu was waiting for her at the table. Not many restaurants offer such thoughtfulness.
