Review content:
I bought a certified used 95 Aero with 30,000 miles on it. The car has had some minor problems with it over the last four years and I found the people at Countryside to be more than helpful. The cost of their service is higher than average, but in my experience you get what you pay for. \r
I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my car. They've replaced parts that I didn't even know needed replacing. They would see a problem during my normal visits and fix it! On the occasions that I needed service, most of the items were covered under warranty, except the oil change of course. The other thing I like is getting a Saab to drive as a loaner when the car is being serviced.\r
\r
All in all, I think they're people and service is superior to other dealers I've dealt with.
Pros: Cleanliness, service, promptness
Cons: price, location
