Review content:
I want to take this opportunity to solute one of your customer service people - Nate Cover. Nate is always cheerful and willing to help when I have been at your dealership for service. In fact, recently he was willing to drive to my home to ""fix"" one of my keys that was no longer working, as I did not bring it to the appointment, not realizing it was needed. Nate learned that during the process as well, so going forward he will be able to be more proactive. My most recent visit was for an oil change and I also asked that my driver door be looked at as I didn't feel it was closing properly. My last VW Beetle Convertible did have a problem with this door - the motor that works the window had a malfunction. So this time I wanted to be proactive and get it fixed before the window quit working. Nate did talk to the mechanic and it was felt they needed to take off the inside door panel so the car needed to be left. Nate made arrangements for a rental so that I could get back home and to an early morning appointment the next day. My car came back to me with a door that now sounds like it is closing properly. Please know that Nate is a great addition to your staff. I always enjoy working with him.
