They told me they just made a little error...They confused my system with someone else's and recycled my computer with all of its data... Pictures of my Father who had passed recently are all gone... They just did not care said it was all my fault for how I filled out the paperwork. I'm devastated -I'm gone to sue... I understand that will not help. I should have taken my stuff to a better company!!!!!!!! Please everyone reading this go to another company.
