I'm a new parent, my son is just five months old. We selected Gateway Pediatrics because all of the staff in our son's nursery and NICU raved about Dr. Norman Steele. We really like him after five months has gone by. He has the gentlest bedside manner, and his policy is that if you think something is wrong, you are the parents and you know best, so he just goes with Momma's gut and it has served us quite well. Instead of a doctor who sends us home to keep looking for symptoms, he gets us in to other treatment options right away, and then personally follows up with a phone call to us to review findings and reassure us about medications, feeding changes, etc. It's nice to have a doctor who makes you feel good, I just hope he doesn't retire in the next 18 years!!!!
