Watch out for a fat Irish cop named Officer Anderson who patrols by 164th Street and 70 - 75th Avenues in a beige or black Impala. You will be frisked for no reason if you fit a certain profile. I personally had to call 311 and ask for the Civilian Review Complaint board after he used physical force on me when I didn't pose any threat against him. Now he has a complaint on file against him. His partner with brown hair and about 5'9"" 190 lbs is also an officer who abuses the law. When they took my wallet out of my pocket to look for ID they stole $11 that I had on me and a mini mag like flashlight. Those two are just no good. You may also see those two with a female blonde undercover cop who look for suspicious behavior on Union Turnpike by 188th Street.They frequent the mini mart across the street from 7-11 on Union and 167th Street. Keep your guard up and inform them that you ""Don't consent to searches of any type."" That way if they do search you, you can bring charges against them in court. That is your legal right from the constitution. And always respond ""I have nothing to say if you are detained or arrested."" Captain Coyle should be ashamed of the officers behaving this way and I personally hope he reads this as I will report their criminal behavior at the next Jamaica Estates meeting.
