It seems to me that the drivers run the company and not the management . I live 7043dunbar ln in riverbank my bill is allways paid on time,so you think my service would provided acordingly. But now this is not the case. For the past two weeks the driver has refused to pick up our lawn refuge when i called your office today the receptionist said she would sent the driver back out to pick up our refuge, but the driver did not even come down our street, but drove by from the cross street as fast as he could not stopping or slowing down not even obeying the speed limit its seems to me i have no further choice, but to make a pile in the gutter so i can continue to take care of my yard. How does the management at Guilton run a company when the drivers make all the descitions and complete disregard for authority?, It seems to me that one I tell one of my employees to do something and they disreaguard what i say and do what they want it leaves me with no other choice, but to make an example out of them that I am the boss for a major construction company and i say goes bottom line. Must be kind of hard to have disiplinary actions when the driver are running the company sincearly \r Sean Faughn
