Businiess name:  Jerry's Archery

Review content:
Danny brought me my bow, and I took it to Archery Only, in Newark. We removed the zip ties, and realized what Gary had done to my sight. While the owner, Wayne, was trying unsucessfully to put my Seven Pin Back together, I called Jerry from outside of Archery Only, to ask why would Gary damage my sight. Jerry denied Gary did anything. We both cursed plenty. In Jerry's defense, I don't think he knew what Gary had done to my sight. I seriously doubt Jerry would have done something so childish. Jerry asked to talk to Wayne to explain how to fix it. Wayne and Jerry had at least a 5 minute conversation about how someone had tightened down the screw on my dovetail so tight, it could not be put back together. Additionally, someone had taken the time to randomally move every pin in the seven pin sight, so that it took 20 minutes to get them back in a straight line. Unfortuantely, Wayne was unable to fix the dovetail on the sight, so I had to take it to a metal fabricator and have him fix it. This cost me another $50 and 1 hour of my time. All of this could have been avoided, had Jerry's charged a reasonable price, or had Gary not felt the need to damage my sight. As for cash being asked for payment, it is against the law to request cash only, when you accept other forms of payment. That is why Jerry is back tracking on when Danny was informed this was a side job. He doesn't know when Danny was informed, because he was not there when my bow was dropped off. If I'm lying about the condition of my sight, call Wayne and ask him 510.795.0460. He cut off the zip ties on my case. Dan told me he does not do business with Jerry anymore, but will be adding to this post shortly. If all of this is not true, why would I take the time to write this. \r \r
