This is your classic old 1960's style family owned hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant--and it's fantastic! Resonably priced and great tasting. Wonderful service of course. Whenever I visit Sacramento, I never miss the chance to have dinner at least once there. I used to go to downtown Sac for good Chinese until a friend told me about Hop Sing's. My daughter even had her wedding reception there. There's a reason everyone rates it highly. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I have.
Pros: The food and service are great
Cons: Parking leaves something to be desired, but that's what you get in Folsom
