This place is not Mexican food by any stretch of the imagination. It was a favorite of a friend of mine who's a surfer - go figure, this place is quintessential California. But after going there many times my husband and I decided that it's just fast food but much more expensive than comparable places. You could get the same exact thing at Baja Fresh. We don't go here anymore - if you want fast ""California/Mexican"" go to Baja Fresh; if you want authentic Mexican simply drive a couple minutes north anywhere along Orange Grove or Lake and you will find scores of family-run restaurants with large plates and taco truck prices.
Pros: Parking.
Cons: Loud, overpriced for type of food.
