Please spare yourself the grief and pick another realtor. Gary Lee is the biggest con-artist I have encountered in my life. He is unethical and untrustworthy. He stole money from clients at his title company, Reliant Title. He sold title insurance to clients and never bought the title insurance from First American Title Company. He is currently being sued, as well as his wife, mother-in-law and several other business associates by First American Title Company.
