we went to Stevens because the state was closed again. the building was not able to do a title related app. they told us to go to stevens on clearlake and we were so happy. they showed us how to get it done and legal. it took about 15 minutes and we were driving away legally. the staff was courteous and friendly. they know how to get around the red tape and sticky transactions like ours. we would have spent more money and more time to do this at the state building. we had outr title back faster then the state said they could get it to us. they have been in this for a long time and will have all of my business from now on. thanks.
