Due to the lack of service we asked for today, I would say I was very disappointed with the phone etiquette. It was very impersonal and unprofessional. I was told that we'd get service between eleven and one after waiting from Saturday to Monday hoping that this company would be adequate to help up with our problem. We never got a phone call between eleven and one saying they couldn't make it. But them knowing I was gone at one-thirty to get my kids early they, ""left a message"" and left us hanging another evening without our problem getting fixed. Definitely don't recommend using this business. We aren't calling back. - A VERY DISAPPOINTED POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.
