The owner of this company will never fix what's broken. I rented from him and all I had was problems. Since I've moved in. Once my lease is up, moving the HELL OUT!!!!! Paying my rent on time because of the law. He tries to talk over you ; however, I continue to stand ground. He repeats tht he's a surgeon; however, he's a slum landlord. He not from this country.He's a Native African,although race isnt the issue.He thinks he can talk to youlike your beneath him. I keep records of everything & took pictures just in case. Talking to county office and other important person(s) about the situation. Remeberthis don't Lease from this GUY!!!!
