Review content:
I do not recommend under any circumstances! If you want a catalog - you can't have one until you schedule an appointment with them. Their ""promises"" have fine print that isn't told to you until you try to use them. They fail to tell you that if they order something for you and you don't pick it up within 14 days they send it back. Probably something important to share with a bride during the ordering process. Especially a bride that lives 4 hours away from the store. Second, they promise to steam the dress - well, they fail to mention it takes 2 weeks AND if you don't use their alterations department, then you no longer get the dress steamed. EVEN THOUGH during their sales pitch, the tell you FREE STEAMING prior to the wedding. After you order the dress, customer service stops. When you go to pick up the items, you are basically dirt on a shoe. They have your money and have no reason to treat you right. Oh, and the alterations - they cost $1 PER MINUTE! They won't share this with you either. And alterations take 5 weeks. If you need it sooner, then it is an additional $25. The words that come to mind for me are ""False Advertising"", ""Poor Customer Service"" oh, and to top it all off - the lining of the dress was 2 inches longer than the dress so it hung out the bottom. An alteration I have to pay for for their shotty product. Needless to say, I will never ever under any circumstances refer anyone to David's Bridal.\r
