I recently called the store to get information on a Toshiba computer. When I asked what software it came with the employee whos' name I have forgotten went on and on about how it was wireless. Again I asked him about adding software and he continued to spew his info on wireless. I asked him for the manager and was connected to Matt. He wasn't much better. He began to extole the features of the computer. I said I was only intertested in Internet, spreadsheets and word processing and how much it would be. He repeated the info back to me as you are looking for email not as a question but as a matter of fact. I promptly stopped him and repeted I was looking for Internet, spreadsheets and word processing. He then quoted me the information I needed. This is not the first time that this has happened. Even in the store the majority of the staff does not listen to you If you need to deal with anyone be sure to get Deana the store manager to asssit or you'll be running around in circles.
