Near Lakes Mobile Home Community has been operating since 1992. Terry & Joan Miller purchased it in 2001 & further developed the 44 lot 15 acre rolling hill community.
The circular 1/2 mile roads are paved & the park is maintained beautifully. We currently have 4 lots available for a mobile home owner to move their home in. Lot rent is $185 per month & includes grass maintenance, water & trash pickup. We also own 25 of the 44 homes in the park & they are available for yearly rental. The homes are well maintained & we have many long term renters. Our resident manager is Shirley Conway & she moved her home into the park in 2002. She makes sure that all residents keep their property clutter free & abide by the park standard.
