This is a wonderful doctor but prepare to wait for an hour or more in the waiting room and more time in the examining room. Once you see her you will be treated well but brace yourself for how inconsistent office staff are - from the receptionist to the billing office. They will be pleasant one day and abrupt the next. I have been trying to get this office to correctly bill MVA insurance since May 2007 and made numerous telephone calls and finally resorted to faxing information to them yet in January 2008 I am still receiving bills - mind you several of the charges have been billed incorrectly and paid by my health insurance. When I expressed my frustration I was told that this cannot be handled in 10 min - last time I checked July to January was more than 10 min. I was also told to get off the phone so this could be dealt with. It makes me wonder what the problem is with this practice...
