I had an appointment last week and I'M so tired of waiting for one to two hours, the staff is un organized and running around to keep up from being behind I'm sure. The look of the office has changed and it is going down hill, new staff again.They must be put though the ringer daily trying to catch up.\r
I think the Dr is good but at what cost . My time is valuable too, and as soon as I get in the room someone comes in and calls her out for a phone call. I am looking for another Doctor and that can't be too hard to do atleast I will get one that cares for my tiime. I would love to rate it as the other patient but he must be the only one getting good service or doens't mind the wait and non professional staff. worried about thier break. Dr Naina ,usually people respond to the complaints to fix it. I have never heard so much talk up front about who is going to get a break, I won't be coming back and I'm sure I'm not the only one. \r
