Review content:
I cannot speak of Dr. Sachdev's credentials or bedside manner as I wasn't even able to see her. I made my appointment, arrived fifteen minutes early for paperwork and then sat in the waiting room for one hour. There was one other patient in the waiting room who was seen after forty-five minutes. When I was finally taken back to the exam room I noticed that patient's file still sitting in the holder on the outside of his door. From prior experience that usually means the doctor has not been in yet. I then sat in the exam room for another twenty minutes before I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told that the doctor almost always is late. The nurse asked me if I had been told that when I made my appt...of course I hadn't. If I had been told I might have made better arrangements for my daughter's sitter for this appointment.\r

I finally had to leave. I was very disappointed because I was hoping, and had heard, that Dr. Sachdev could help me with my stomach problems.\r

Until she can get someone in there to manage the office and scheduling better I doubt many people will put up with being treated poorly. Everyone's time is valuable.
