Hello,\r
I am a new patient of Dr Nina's, I moved here from California, and all my records were transfered correctly by my prior Doctors. My appointment too was cancelled and re schedulled on the 6-19-07. Dr Ninas Father was put in the Hospital in an Emergency situation. Dr Nina wasn't sick, She and her Husband were sent to the Emergency room. Even Doctors have situations they have to deal with in families, we as patients have to understand they are human's. So I didn't mind I have parents too, they come first.\r
I did notice the office is busy and what may appear chaotic is people doing their work, I believe because the back office is open and she sells all her nutries it makes it was easier for me to see what is usually behind closed doors. A busy office to me is a good sign.\r
Doctor ordered more testing on me, becaust I wasstill having problems, after all the tests that I took, she listened and got the right tests I believe. I was glad to see she picked up on where the other doctors left off ,or left out..\r
It has only been a couple weeks and my symptons are clearing up and Im getting back to my old self, The staff treated me with care and concearn, They made me understand my billing, how my insurance worked, Jean is the receptionist and she is one of the most efficient front end I have met.\r
Dr Naina answered all my questions and when I didn't understand her, I just asked and she cleared up.\r
Im so Happy I found a Doctor like her to take care of my needs, And Im going to start Dermabrasion and fills with her. Looking forward to referring her and proud to do so.\r
