On Friday, March 16th, I called the office in the morning to see if I could get in to see the Doctor before the week-end as I had somewhat of an emergency. The answering service said that her office was closed that day (shouldn't have been - not sure why) they gave me the name of a Dr to call that was supposed to be taking her calls. When I called that number - they told me that they were only taking calls for her husband (who is a cardiologist). So....I called the answering service again and explained what had just happened. They then went on to tell me that they really weren't sure what was going and to call back later. Now that is pretty pathetic for a supposedly professional operation. I'm not going back!
Pros: Dr is intelligent but talks too fast
Cons: totally disorganized and unprofessional- wait is way too long
