We are grateful to your company, and the outstanding service provided by your driver, Brock. \r

Our car “broke down” on I-84 East bound on Sunday night, December 26, 2010. Brock came to our rescue and was amazing from the minute he answered the call for help. \r
\r
Our alternator was out. The car was off to the side of the road but in total darkness. As he suggested, we turned on our flashlights, facing west, so that the east-bound cars and semi-trucks could see our vehicle. Our car was lit up and definitely noticed by passing cars. All east bound traffic pulled into the passing lane and avoided hitting us. We remained SAFE until he arrived.\r

He made sure we were safe, helped us into the tow truck. As we were driving back to The Dalles, he gave us various options regarding getting our car repaired in The Dalles or Hood River. We ultimately decided to have the car towed back to Hood River, to your shop. \r

Brock helped us find a room for the night and dropped us off at the Best Western in Hood River. We are so grateful that we were safe and warm for the night, after the stress of the car breaking down on a busy, busy interstate.\r

We wanted to thank your company, for the mechanic fixing our car so well and in such a timely manner. We were able to leave town the next afternoon, December 27th.\r

Most of all, Brock’s service EXCEEDED our expectations. He was an expert tow-truck driver, but more than that, he has integrity, and kindness. These qualities are not often seen in our society.\r
