If I could give this place no stars, I would. We went in there to inquire about a space for our newly purchased travel trailer. When the manager came down, he didn't bother to greet us, smile, or say anything, he just stood there like we were bothering him and how dare we come into his office. We had to ask all the questions about his RV spot availability and he didn't furnish any information; we already knew the pricing and were serious renters looking to sign a contract that day, so it was not like we were wasting his time or asking for huge discounts. He didn't offer to show us the spots; we had to ask to see them, and then when we did he didn't bother to walk back there to show us the available ones. He also looked very put out when we asked him to tell us which ones were available, and didn't even write them down for us. We had to have him repeat twice just so we could write them down, he was talking so fast, and then he huffed when we asked him to repeat. Very poor customer service, and we walked out of there as fast as we could after seeing the spots in the back. The close proximity to our house and space availability did not win us over; if the manager was like this with new customers, how will he be when a customer has a problem with their rental?? Other places offer the same RV spot set up and similar pricing, but with superior service, so avoid this place.
