I went to another bridal shop and fell in love with this gown but I was kind of out of my price range, so I went to Bridal Exclusives becuase my cousin bought her dress there and she highly recommended it. I saw the same gown for $300 less at Bridal Exclsuives than at the other bridal shop. I asked why such a difference in price and the girl that was helping me said that they price there gowns the lowest that the designers will allow, and some shops will price them more that what the designer prices them at. I'm so glad that I went to Bridal Exclusives because if I hadn't I would'nt have been able to afford my dream dress!! The customer service was fabulous also, I felt very catered too, all the girls were so professional and my girl that was helping me was very educated on the gowns. She even took the time to find me my veil, tiara, shoes and necklace!
Pros: prices, customer service, professional, very catering
