Our experience in the store was great. We loved Nicole and my daughter found the absolute perfect dress. From then on it was a nightmare. The store owner, Steve, also owns Finishing touches, where they send you for any alterations. It is the most unorganized unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. The first time we went there, they could not find our dress, then realized they had the wrong name on it. Every time we went for try-ons, it was packed full of customers and very disorganized. Every time we left the dress there we felt like we had to ""watch"" them put our tag back on it. Any way, we picked up the dress 2 days before the wedding and all seemed well, until the reception when the lace scalloping they had sewn back on after hemming came off and fell apart into shreds. None of her wedding photos are of the full dress because of this horrible work these people had done. They did reimburse me for the 119.00 hemming fee, but the cant ever fix the horror of my daughters face when she realized her beautiful gown was in shreds. I would NEVER recommend this place. Please go somewhere else!\r \r Laura
