DO NOT RENT FROM LEGACY BAY TOWNHOMES (Ely Park) They lied to me about Central Air conditioning. When I complained the first two times that mine was not working they told me they were new units that had not been charged yet. When I complained again they informed me that mine had not been installed yet and they could not say when it would be done. They recommended I buy a bedroom unit and fans!!!!!! After Close examination of the lease I discovered they have included a clause that says they do not have to provide any amenities listed in their brochure and failure to maintain the apartment does not give the tenant the right to vacate the lease
