Evan's Auto Care is reliable and efficient. I was impressed by their quickness in getting me in the door and getting the problem fixed. The turn around time was fast. The prices are reasonable. I feel that they run their business professionally and with integrity.
I have used Evan's Auto Care twice. Overall both times have been positive. I have a third issue that I want to get fixed, but because of finances I have to postpone it.
They are reliable and dependable, all of the positive things you want in a company. They really are customer-service oriented. The facility is clean, and the staff was professional. They were patient when I was asking questions, and willing to explain the problems and what they were doing to fix it. A customer service van is available to drop their customers off or pick them up if anyone needs it. Everything is done in a timely manner. I was very impressed.
