I've lived in Fay Gardens 10yrs & have few good things to say, neither do most of the other residents. When it rains most of our yards flood & we get our feet soaked clear up to our ankles everytime you walk out. Stones don't work because the water is above them &anything other than concrete walkways which cost alot will get you written up.So you would think since it's a fluke with the lot you rent it should be the parks responsibility to pour the crete. We can't take the crete with us nor does it up the value of the home.They refuse to pay for it & also refuse to take care of the Dr. bills or dry cleaning charges you acquire when you slip in the muddy water holding your infant even though it is ""their property"". We've been through several managers.My friend lived in the park years. He got his GF Pregnant and she lost her job so they decided since he had 3 bedrooms she should just move in with him, as an occupant,not the lease holder,&it would be easier on them both.She was a student,&he always paid rent and obeyed the rules.His GF applied for approval from the park, they ran a back ground & credit check.Her background was perfect, her credit not, she had student loans.They denied her.They told him even if they were married &she wanted to live there she had to have a higher credit score.They let a sx offender with a felony in 2 months later & the manager was charged &imprisoned for a good period of time yet they let her come back &manage.The manager posted a response to the lady below. She wasn't the manager here in July of 2007 when the complaint was posted, she was in jail.This same woman is very unprofessional. She has flipped out &cursed at me in front of my 2 small children for petty nonsense & I didn't so much as raise my voice.Whether you manage Arby's or PG&E conduct yourself appropriately.She acts mentally and socially unstable.I'm scared to take my lot rent to her in fear she'll steal the MO and I'll not have proof.She was charged for similar crimes.
