I have lived at fay gardens mobile home park for over a year.In that year there has been 3 different sets of managers,the latest being the worst.I have been singled out and harrased over my 3 year olds big wheel being on my deck???my grass being to high...when it was cut 2 days earlier.I have even been stopped while walking down the street with my 3 year old..its crazy.I understand that certain circumstances require some of us to live in trailer parks.But if I were looking(and I am now.)I would go else where.I would NEVER NEVER reccomend fay gardens.
Pros: stocked fishing lake
Cons: poor management,lot of illeagle activities use in the park
