Review content:
Easily the worst dinning experience of my life. While the wine is decent, that is where the good parts end. I went for Valentines Day and spent the entire time in disbelief of what was occurring. After being seated and completely lost for 15 minutes about what to do, eventually we were told to wait in the line that stretched across the restaurant to order and pay for our meal. Sounded a little strange but I thought, ""hey maybe it will be fun to stand in line for 45 min. during dinner on Valentines day"". So after I paid (and tipped) I began to realize the genius of the situation. They get you to pay and tip before you realize that there is absolutely no service to tip for: no one clears your table, no one asks if you need anything (I had to go behind the bar myself to get a new wine glass), you cook your own entree, it is really a brilliant scam. \r

The side items on the buffet were beyond sub-standard, esp. for a place charging $70 per couple. I would have much preferred the buffet line at any local high school. The grill was also a disaster: unbelievably smoky, hot, and little to no lighting to cook by. After all of this, to add insult to injury, when you get your dessert out of the refrigerator it is on a styrofom plate. I think I am a very down to earth, easy-going person but when I pay $70 for dinner I at least expect a real plate. \r

All-in-all I would gladly pay Vinoklet winery to never have to eat there again. I would rather go hungry.
Pros: Wine
Cons: Parking, Service, Food, Price, Convenience
