Review content:
So, the first mistake I made was not reading the reviews before I headed over to Sugarcraft. A few weeks ago, I was in need of a decorating tip #789. I tried all of the other stores in the area and didn't find it. I called Sugarcraft (5 times before I got an answer), and asked if they had this tip before I drove over there. The lady that answered immediately said ""yes, 789, we have it"". Having never ordered from them before, I didn't know what I was dealing with--so I believed her. I drove the 15 miles over to the store only to discover that they didn't have the tip. When I asked the lady at the counter (who was the same person who answered the phone--very distinct voice), she said she thought they did and shrugged. I am not one to create a scene in a public store, but I was tempted. I called beforehand to make sure, and it got me no where. I know what good customer service is, and this was FAR from it.\r As I was reading some of the other reviews, I have to agree. The inside of the store looks like a over-priced garage sale. The items were dirty, dusty, and there was no organization to the shelves/isles.\r I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.
