FOR SEVERAL YEARS I'VE USED DEGEORGE WINDOWS AND DOORS.. 4 YRS AGO I HAD 2 ENTRY DOORS INSTALLED. THE FRONT DOOR WILL NO LONGER SHUT. THE CLERK ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THE HOUSE SHIFTED. HOW IN GOD'S NAME DOES A TELEPHONE CLERK KNOW SOMETHING LIKE THAT? WHEN YOU SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON ENTRY DOORS' YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THEM FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS. THEN SHE WANTED $87.00 FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND LOOK AT IT. IT IS MY OPINION AND MY UNCLE'S THAT THE THRESHHOLD IS COMING OFF.
I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT DEGEORGE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS WHAT RIP-OFF ARTISTS THEY ARE.
