Review content:
Homemade Italian/Gourmet food by people who cook for the pure pleasure of cooking quality food. The eggplant parmesan is the absolute the best you will ever have. The menu is limited and changes every day depending on what the chef decides to cook. Pears with pork medallion and Gorgonzola cheese is a favorite as is the breaded Lamb chops. If they have orange hazelnut dressing, dont pass it up. I learned about this restaurant from people who told us dont tell anyone else because once it gets discovered we will never get in. They dont advertise and survive on returning regulars and a catering business.
The place doesnt look like a high class restaurant but the quality of the food exceeds all of the restaurants in New Yorks Little Italy. The best part, you can walk in at any time. The only people who know about it are the regulars.
Pros: Food, Food, Food
Cons: Hard to find-no sign
