I went in with blonde hair and out with dirty brown. Need I say more. I tried to talk with them and they litterally walked away from me. All I wanted was my money back and no one at their regional office will respond.\r

Do NOT go to Mario's at all. Their STYLISTS do not have enough experience to properly do hair. Its a shop where they wheel you in and wheel you out...................
