My girlfriend loves this place and I agree that it is nice. The employees there are very nice and helpful; they even stay after work if you need to pick up your animal later than they are open. They also work you into the schedule if you have to come in and they are booked. Their explanations of what is going on with your animal are very detailed and easily understandable so you are put at ease about what is going on with your animal.
