Review content:
Metropolitan Pacific Properties really turned my 185 unit property around since we terminated our old property management company for neglect. Just one year ago our building was in shambles. Laundry room barely working, roof collapsing, rats everywhere, tenants totally disregarding house rules, not to mention we are not getting robbed anymore is a plus. Not anymore... and this is only one year into our contract. I feel like i live in a whole new building now that they took charge. My manager is so personable/professional with the Board and our residents and the workers. We were thinking about letting go of our superintendent but our manager whipped him into great shape! They have a mutual understanding now and our building is clean as a whistle. I cant speak any higher for this company. They are certainly setting an industry standard when it comes to service.
