After using Mike for the purchase of our first home this month, we will NEVER work with a different home inspector in the future. Being first time homeowners we were a little nervous about our purchase but Mike put me at ease after the first phone call, he asked a few questions about the property and was able to give specific advice regarding what the home inspection should entail. He was never pushy about adding additional services, he just explained the options and left the choice up to you. Mike was flexible with the scheduling and showed up before we arrived (and we were early)! We also had our report the next day. For every step of the inspection Mike explained what he was doing, the tools he was using, and how to interpret the results. The entire inspection was very thorough. Mike sent me a ton of articles to gain more knowledge regarding the ""split-faced"" block construction that our condo was made of without me asking. When our air test showed toxic mold, Mike went back to the unit for FREE to check that the mold growth wasn't too extensive to remediate and to verify the source of it for remediation. Mike looked up the contractors that the seller selected to do the mold remediation and sent me links to their stellar reviews before I even had time to google them. In other words, this guy is amazing, and made this process so much easier on us. We have learned a ton in the process thanks to Mike and are now confident going forward in our new home. I am posting this review everywhere in hopes that others can have an experience as great as we have. Thanks again Mike!
