Review content:
The Baby's Room definitely has a great selection of furniture and accesories to make your nursury absolutely adorable. \r \r The problem is our baby has arrived and the furniture is STILL not here. The manager said it would take 6-8 weeks for the furniture to be delivered... It is now week 10 and everything but the crib is theoretically en route to the store. Of course, then I get to wait an additional 5 days to get it delivered from the store to my house. The crib production has been delayed and it will not be arriving until 14 weeks after my purchase date. This is really unacceptable. Either be up front with your customers and quote them 3-4 months or offer them a partial refund if the furniture is late to arrive. \r \r My baby is now sleeping in a pack-and-play, I am changing her diapers on the floor, and I have all her clothes stacked on the floor of her closet. Word to the wise - if you decide to buy from The Babys Room, MAKE SURE you purchase your furniture at the end of your first trimester to ensure it is delivered before your baby. Pros: Good selection of furniture Cons: Over promise on delivery time
