I have decieded that Hank is the best piercer I have come across in Chicago. He is really cool and explains everything to you. i have had two piercings with him and brought friends and my sister to him. Everyone has had a great expierence. He did my industrial and a surface piercing on my chest. He really likes the special piercings.
