I have been to the tattoo factory for every one of my tattoos except one (the one I am going to get covered up) and been to the same tattoo artist every time (Dawn Grace). I have gotten 6 tattoos there and every time the other artests have been very friendly and helpful asking if I needed help and cracking Jokes and everything. I was in the chair getting my tattoo withing minutes every time except one, and that time dawn grace apologized and explained it had been a very busy day and she would have informed me to come latrer if she had gotten a chance. Every time I have been there the tattoos were done exceptionally well (and still look lovely) the only time I have needed touch ups were when i accidentally scratched part of the design off or wasnt taking care of the one properly despite dawns instructions.\r

I would recomend anyone go to Dawn Grace her work is lovely and she is so sweet she makes sure you are ok and understand how to take care of the tattoo and she is genually a wonderful artist and person.
Pros: great service great artests and great prices
Cons: there are guest artists there sometimes who can be rude but not too often
