Wow. We've had almost the exact same experience as flair4life and gr27. I was assured they would seek renters in the $1100-1200 price range and sign a ONE year lease. Lo and behold, I find out after the fact that they leased it for TWO years and for $200 less... and they didn't bother to give so much as a ""heads up"" first. Since then, it's been a nightmare. I have to badger them every month for the rent payment - always late and almost always less than the correct amount. Then I find out they haven't been telling me about repairs that need to be made to the house... repairs that are now going to cost WAY more than they might have otherwise. I'd call them con artists, but that seems like giving them way too much credit. More like lazy, incompetent buffoons. Stay away from One Step Realty - if you value your house, that is!
Pros: getting started is easy enough... but after that, watch out
Cons: zero communication, misleading sales pitch, late payments
