Painter could barely speak english and came down to inform me that he needed more paint and didn't know where the nearest Sherwin Williams was. I did not have time to go get another gallon as I work from home so had to call owner to give the painter directions and left my house in a huff to go get the paint (paint pick up was part of the quote) I had to leav during the day so did not see the painter finish and leave. There was no receipt or invoice left at my home so I assumed they would mail it. About a week later I started to receive harrassing phone calls demanding payment. I had never even seen an invoice or a receipt and the work was done horribly with paint all over ceiling and all over the light switches. I wanted it fixed. Painter came to my door unannounced within the next few days and I happily showed him the areas that needed fixed thinking that was why he arrived. Not so, the painter just screamed"" are you gonna pay up or what"" and refused to fix it and said all I needed was a towel and some water to wipe it up! I was on the verge of calling the police as this man was hostile and yelling in my home at 8:30 AM in front of my toddler. I called my husband to help me figure out what to do, he said to just pay him and then call the owner. I called Moon and Moon and said he would talk to the painter to have it fixed. I said I would never allow that man into my house and I never did hear from Moon again. So here I am with a painted bedroom in worse shape than I could have done myself, out over 300 bucks and had a confrontational man in the my house at 8:30 AM on morning unannounced.
It was never my intention to not pay, I just wanted it fixed as it was a crappy job. Totally unprofessional business with scary employees.
