Review content:
My husband and I had high hopes for this location, having enjoyed the Vancouver location for so many years. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. The locations couldn't be more different-and not in a GOOD way. Everything we love about the Vancouver location is missing from the Beaverton one. At the Vancouver Cinetopia the restaurant has a nice ambiance, a walk-in wine tasting room, and the Living Room Theater offers comfortable seats in an intimate setting, with live music playing prior to the movie. The Beaverton Cinetopia was nothing more than a glorified sports bar with poor service! The restaurant offer limited wine tasting, which you can either sit at the bar or at a table to get, and are at the mercy of your server in order to access it, when you want to. The Living Room theater reminds me of a stadium with it's huge stadium seating and bright lighting. Oh and if you've had a tab at the restaurant don't expect to get any service from one of the theatre servers-they'll look at you with disgust and ignore you instead! We will not be back!
