We signed a one year lease for an apt. and from the start we were treated rudely and with contempt from the office staff. They require an outrageous security deposit-$5,720 dollars for a two bdrm apt! There were hassles with the office over several issues regarding the apt. , all of which were handled terribly by the office staff.
At the end of the lease $1,292 dollars was deducted from the deposit for cleaning and painting, services conveniently provided by Dean Brunners son! This was after the apt. was thoroughly cleaned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!
Cons: Extremely Rude,Swindled out of deposit
