I highly recommend you choose PGM for all your real estate services. They didn t just list my property...they went all out and advertised it everywhere on the internet, post card drops, a direct marketing campaign, and tons of other stuff I ve never even seen before. My listing had it s own website and telephone number. I did pay $500 up front to get all this advertising but it was credited at settlement from my commission. I paid 6% commission and a $2000 bonus to the buyer s agent. This was a strategy that really worked. I was NOT a fan of doing this but I m glad they convinced me. The other great thing is the team approach PGM used. I worked with 3 experts who specialized in specific disciplines. Simply put, if you are searching for the most honest, sincere, transparent, reliable, trustworthy, wise and down to earth professional to assist you with selling your home or negotiating the purchase of your new home, these are your guys. They also did a title search for no charge in the beginning. They had their construction guy come through and do a pre-inspection (no charge) as well. There were just so many things like that which I ve never seen before. This is my 5th house and at least that many Realtors. The home search process went very well also. Again, they had their in-house contractor come out and inspect both houses that we put offers on--no charge. This guy also gave us spot estimates on work we wanted to get done, repairs that had to be done, and on adding a sun room to the back. This helped tremendously. Negotiating was brutal. I was worried we went in too low but they got it done and we couldn t be happier.
