Went there for a wedding and gave my keys to the valet. When I got my car back, my GPS was stolen. The manager Dominick Caiazzo assured that I would be reimbursed for it if I fax him the receipts for the GPS. I faxed over everything and called. He said he will call me back when it's taken care of within 24 hours. 24 hours passed, I called again, and his attitude got even worse and told me ""it will be taken care of when it's taken care of"", and no timeframe could be given and just kept giving me the ""it will be taken care of when it's taken care of"" answer. \r \r He even added that ""Quite frankly, I don't even know if your GPS was in the car in the first place?. Being the victim of this and after being told that I would be reimbursed, he's basically saying that I am lying about all this to rip them off? \r \r The worse is that he agreed to pay me at the time, and now he is trying to deny it. At this point, I feel like the chances of me getting my money back is slim. Now, I have waste my time to go down to the police station to file a police report against this shady character. Pros: Good thieves that steal your properties Cons: Have to deal with the police after going there
