Review content:
The first time we took our SUV there, the staff didn't properly install the oil plug, so our new garage floor is now oil stained. They apologized and gave us a free oil change. I foolishly decided to give them another chance, since the Valvoline Instant Oil Change is so close to home. They proceeded to get oil stains, somehow, on the passenger seat and only made it worse when they tried to scrub it out. I have no idea what they were doing on the passenger side of our car. But there also are oil stains on both interior door handles. The manager said he wants to fix it, but did not apologize a single time. If you value your vehicle, avoid this shop. The staff is young, careless and poorly supervised. They don't even deserve one star, but this application will not allow me to leave that blank.
